Dr. Marco Javier Suarez Barón is a Systems Engineer and Specialist in Computer Systems Management from the University of Boyacá. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from the Julio Garavito Colombian School of Engineering and a Ph.D. in Strategic Planning and Technology Management from the Popular Autonomous University of the State of Puebla.
